Respect for Personal Documents & Sensitive Information

When clearing out homes, storage units, garages, and estates, I occasionally come across personal documents containing sensitive information such as tax records, financial statements, medical paperwork, legal documents, military records, family photographs, and other private materials.

Unlike many hauling companies that may simply load everything into a truck, I take reasonable precautions to identify and separate important personal documents whenever possible. If sensitive paperwork is discovered during a cleanout, I make every effort to notify the property owner before disposal.

I very well understand the importance of trust, privacy, and treating people's belongings with respect. Whether I'm helping a family after a loss, assisting with a foreclosure cleanup, or removing years of accumulated items, I strive to handle every job with professionalism and care.

While I cannot guarantee the identification of every document in large scale cleanouts, protecting my clients' privacy and preserving important records is always a priority.

Owner Matt Zimm is a Navy veteran and former Nuclear Engineer. He founded Veteran Junk Hauling AVL to bring his strong work ethic and analytical skills into a hands-on service.
